The community is good, budiling is nice (well the swimming pool should have been a covered one, so that it can be used in all seasons), all is relatively good; BUT despite teh huge police building in Baltimore Street which is behind this building; there are constantly drug addicts either high or standing there to sell drugs. Bad location for this, sometimes you feel unsafe especially with children.
Take the drug addicts and junkies out of the neighborhood.
